Refund Policy
This page describes how refunds and cancellations work for Veolang's paid subscriptions (Lite). It complements our Terms of Service.
1. Refund eligibility
- 7-day refund window. You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, provided you have not made extensive use of paid features in that time.
- Annual subscriptions. If you cancel after the 7-day window, a pro-rata refund covering unused full months may be granted at our discretion. Partial months are not refunded.
- Renewal charges. If you forget to cancel before a renewal and contact us within 7 days of the renewal date, we will normally refund the renewal in full and end the subscription immediately.
- Service interruption. If a sustained service outage on our side prevents you from using paid features for an extended period, contact us and we will arrange a fair refund or extension.
2. How to request a refund
- Email support@veolang.com from the email address you used to purchase the subscription.
- Include the order ID from your purchase receipt (sent to you at purchase) and a brief reason.
- We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by our payment processor and typically appear on your card or payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
3. Cancellation
- You can cancel anytime from the customer portal of our payment processor (link provided in your purchase confirmation email).
- You can also cancel by emailing support@veolang.com.
- Cancellation stops future renewals. You retain access to Lite features through the end of the current billing period; we do not revoke access immediately on cancellation.
4. Payment processor's role
All payments are processed by a third-party payment processor, who acts as the merchant of record. Veolang is the seller of the service; the processor handles payment processing, refund execution, applicable taxes, and chargebacks. The processor's name and its own buyer terms are shown at the point of purchase.
5. Free plan and trial
The Free plan (10 videos/day, permanent) and the 7-day Lite trial automatically granted to new users on first install are provided at no cost. Free-plan usage and the trial period are not refundable.
The 7-day Lite trial automatically downgrades to Free at the end of the trial — no payment is taken automatically. You only pay if you explicitly start a paid Lite or Pro subscription.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at support@veolang.com. We aim to resolve issues directly. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may delay the resolution and result in your account being suspended pending review.

The seller of this extension is Veolang, not Google. Chrome Web Store provides distribution only. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor acting as merchant of record.
