About Veolang

A lightweight YouTube companion that translates subtitles automatically.

Why we built it

We wanted a lightweight tool for people learning a language through K-pop and Korean content — and for anyone who wants subtitles in their language on YouTube. Veolang triggers YouTube's auto-translation more reliably, filters out noise captions like [Music] and [Applause], and offers its interface in 12 languages. It stays out of your way: same YouTube UI, just better subtitles.

Three tiers, three depths

Designed so you can pick the depth you need, not pay for what you don't.

Free

Casual viewers. YouTube's native subtitles, as-is — Veolang just turns on auto-translation and filters noise.

Lite

Viewers who want more. Veolang's own subtitle layer with adjustable size, position, and visual options.

Pro

Korean learners using K-pop. Word-click dictionary, Anki / Quizlet export, favorite lyrics, LRC matching.

Operator

Veolang is a one-person project operated from South Korea. The business information below is disclosed under Korean e-commerce law.
